About
I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and obtained my Bachelors and Masters degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
I have been fortunate to have backgrounds in both addiction and mental health at all levels of care, including inpatient residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient. My approach to therapy is client centered, using a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT and family systems therapy. I believe in the mind/body connection and offer guided imagery.
I am compassionate towards my clients, while encouraging them to be independent and self-reliant. I believe that when clients bravely work through their trauma, their lives can be transformed. I am grateful to be apart of the team at Harmony Bay Wellness and doing what I love!
