As a licensed clinical professional counselor with over a decade of experience providing therapy and leadership in clinical settings, I have seen first-hand that the therapy experience is as diverse as the human experience. The exploration, acceptance, and integration of all parts of ourselves is difficult and a long process for those that are ready to pursue it. My approach centers on techniques that facilitate lasting change. I specialize in trauma, including the intergenerational transmission of trauma. I am passionate about co-creating a space in therapy where anything can be said, especially the most painful thoughts. I have extensive experience providing therapy and supervision to diverse folks and struggles.
