I have a passion for assisting people in discovering the power and insight they have within themselves to navigate through difficult times. My accepting and nonjudgmental attitude allows clients to feel comfortable opening up to deal with core issues that are barriers to a peaceful and joyful life. I have worked in the mental health field for 15 years. I have worked in various settings with multiple cultures and ages. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have extensive experience with teenagers, adults, personality disorders, depression, PTSD, childhood neglect/abuse, trauma and grief.
