I am a transgender woman who specializes in working collaboratively with transgender and gender diverse adults. I understand from personal experience that many of us feel like others have written our life stories and that these stories don’t reflect who we really are. Using the strengths-based framework of narrative therapy, I will help you take control of your life story and find your happily ever after.
My flexible, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapeutic style focuses on narrative-based talk therapy in a safe and confidential office environment. I also offer instruction in meditation and mindfulness practice as a way to center and focus the mind and find peace and acceptance in challenging times.
While my focus is on working with transgender people, I also specialize in ADHD and have experience working with people experiencing anxiety and people with disabilities.
