Complicated relationships are my specialty. I work with partners, parents, adolescents, and families and am passionate about helping my clients create the lives and relationships they desire. Together, we define what success means to you and then formulate a plan that allows you to achieve that success. As a social worker in the public school system, I developed an affinity for working with children and teens. Watching my clients grow into parents themselves, my practice has expanded to serve adults, helping to create stronger parents, partners, employees, and families.
I focus on healthy communication, behavior modification, and mindfulness within our interpersonal relationships. Offering integrative psychotherapy, I lean heavily on Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients address issues, identify their strengths, and make the positive changes they desire.
The idea is to gain support before we react poorly, or miss the opportunity, or cause damage to our personal and professional relationships. Located in northern St. Johns County, our office is convenient to Saint Johns, Mandarin, and the 210 Corridor. Remote therapy appointments also available online via any computer or mobile device.
