My goal in therapy is to provide my clients a safe, secure environment in which to explore their inner thoughts and emotions. Change can be a scary and vulnerable process, but through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I my hope that my clients establish a more comprehensive understanding of themselves and utilize healthy resources to cope with events that influence their lives. Together, within a trusting and supportive atmosphere, I hope to empower clients to achieve personal growth through awareness and recognition of their own unique perspectives and abilities.
Accepting new clients both in person or through telehealth platforms with limited availability for evening appointments-daytime is more available. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via phone call or email. Email is preferred!
I use an integrative approach to therapy, allowing me to direct treatment methods towards individual needs of each client. I have experience treating individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I am available Monday-Friday by appointment at Blackbird Counseling Center in Livonia.
