I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience working with diverse groups and treatment issues. I've worked with a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, mental illness, and relationship issues, just to name a few. My goal is to help you succeed.
I use a dyadic, holistic, and cognitive behavior approach in treatment with adult individuals, providing support, encouragement, and spirituality based on client needs. The client is given the option to include spirituality in their treatment if they choose to.
I use an assertive communication style and good listening skills. I use a relaxed tone to allow the client to express themselves openly in a safe environment. I also provide feedback to help increase insight and find solutions.
