I love working with clients to help them create a life worth living. One they don't want or have to run away from. Together, we identify your goals and create a plan to work toward these goals. For some clients, these are tangible goals like reducing clutter, reducing PTSD flashbacks, etc. Other clients work toward less tangible, but just as meaningful goals such as improving relationships with others, being more present in my life. Regardless of your goals, my job is to help you find ways to get there!
I specialize in working with clients who feel overwhelmed and hopeless. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients who tell me, "My last therapist told me I was 'too much.' " I work with clients to identify their current internal and external struggles, identify a life they don't need to escape and co-create the path forward.
