I’m an Asian American therapist, helping adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, cultural identity, attachment issues, racial trauma, and more. My past career in tech and entertainment helps me understand stressors unique to professionals, artists, and creatives. I welcome all positionalities and specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, children of immigrants, and neurodivergent populations, using an anti-oppressive, relational lens to help you process your lived experience.
