My training and education makes me a good fit for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, grief, life stressors and parenting difficulties. Many of my clients tend to be female identified individuals aged 29 to 55 seeking change in their lives - however, I enjoy working with male identified individuals, particularly if they have never done therapy before. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ adults, and I’m committed to creating a safe space for all people exploring identity, gender, and sexuality across the spectrum.
My therapeutic approach is largely based in advocacy, authenticity, and empowerment. It is my belief that we are in control of our own destinies, and it is up to us to see the path to self-actualization. I assist clients in identifying, assessing, and restructuring their current perspectives so that they can better see their own potential.
