I work with adults managing anxiety, chronic stress, and life transitions, couples experiencing conflict in communication breakdowns & trust, & families navigating co-parenting, blended family dynamics, or relational disconnection.
How I Work:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — for couples and families: we interrupt negative patterns, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen your bond.
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) — for individuals: we identify your strengths, reduce anxiety, and build practical steps toward the life you want.
Christian counseling available upon request.
I'm a military veteran, wife, mother, and doctoral student researching Black wellness and belonging. That lived experience isn't separate from my clinical work — it's the foundation of it. My clients describe me as hope-centered, intentional, and genuine.
