Life In the Mid is a psychoeducational group designed for women going through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. This women's group focuses on educating participants about midlife from physical, mental, and emotional viewpoints, promoting open dialogue and shared experiences in a welcoming and inclusive setting, while embracing change and transforming transitions. This new in-person group begins January 15, 2025. This is an open group, meaning new members may join at any time. Light refreshments will be provided. Register today at dialoguewithdiseph.com. The Seven Principles Workshop offers tools to enhance relationships through improved friendship, intimacy, and conflict management. Suitable for couples at any relationship stage, but not for those facing severe distress or abuse. This 6-hour workshop (excluding a 1-hour lunch break on your own) includes presentations, videos, demonstrations and private exercises without personal sharing in front of others. All Gottman workshop materials and refreshments included. Workshop date is March 8, 2025. Early registration until January 31, 2025. For helping professions discount contact me directly.
