My therapeutic style is eclectic and active, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am a trainer, presenter, and teacher to professionals and the community on Addictions,Dual Diagnosis, Depression, Bipolar, Christian Counseling, Stress Management, Eating Disorders,Family of Origin issues, Anxiety, Suicide, Personality Disorders, and other topics. I am an LPC Supervisor and prepare candidates to pass the state exam to become an LCDC.
