Our mission is to provide integrated counseling and nutrition services with a wholehearted approach to help people overcome disordered eating, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and other clinical issues. Our hope is to empower each of our clients to thrive as they were created.
Our practice has 3 clinicians that are all Certified Eating Disorder Specialists. Christina Cown, RD, LD, CEDRD (nutrition therapy), Kathryn Short, M.Ed. LPC, CEDS (adult therapy), Amber DeGarmo, LPC, CEDS (adolescent and adult therapy).
