I offer my expertise as a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, clinical Art Therapist and Transpersonal Psychology Counselor to assist in the healing process to anyone who may be experiencing and suffering from various mental health issues such as relational problems, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. As a therapist, I adapt to you individually as a client, depending on your needs, and together we will create the best treatment plan to help you reach your goals. I believe strongly in applying a holistic perspective addressing your whole person not just the bits and pieces of you.
My practice is focused on working with adolescence and adults. Along with traditional talk therapy, using art materials in therapy allows for a greater understanding for both client and therapist. While art helps assist in the communication process, many of my clients choose not to use art in session. As a LCPC and TPC, our work is equally beneficial!
