As a holistic psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I integrate left & right brain techniques to promote healing and well-being. I'm a registered yoga teacher, somatic and mindfulness practitioner, reiki healer, and artist. I'm passionate about expressive arts and the mind-body-spirit connection to help clients cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and inner joy. Thru yoga therapy, creative expression, and relaxation techniques, clients explore different aspects of themselves, fostering emotional healing and self esteem building. I also lead a structured virtual DBT group teaching emotion regulation skills to supplement.
Internal Family Systems (Parts) & evidence-based nervous system research is the foundation with a combination of yoga postures, collaborative art-making, energy healing, receptive music listening and dance meditations. Sessions release stress, physical tension, promote self-awareness, emotional calm and increase energy. This approach works for couples too!
I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing for your whole self. Whether you're seeking support for stress, trauma, or personal growth, I'm here to help. Sessions can be your main form of therapy or a supplement to traditional talk therapy. Reach out today to schedul and begin your path towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
