I help people find more satisfying lives and healthier relationships. I've been a counselor for 15 years seeing adults for a variety of concerns that accompany anxiety, stress, painful life experiences, loss, depression, transition, trauma, communication challenges, and relationship concerns. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and I frequently use EMDR therapy with my clients.
My counseling approach is a blended style including insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness techniques, EMDR therapy, and attachment-based therapy. With couples, the focus is frequently improving communication, gaining deeper understanding, improving trust, and strengthening the kind and caring connection between the individuals.
