I specialize in treating individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues and general life stressors. In my therapeutic work, I draw on evidence-based theories such as ACT, DBT & CBT. These modes of therapy provide practical skills for regulating emotions and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
Therapy is a collaborative process that provides an opportunity to gain insight into the role of past experiences on your current ways of thinking, behaving and relating. Additionally, clarifying your strengths and values will help us create goals for you to move towards using your new set of coping tools.
