My view is that all people are capable of finding their own answers within and are already whole and complete. But sometimes hurts in life, trauma, mental health challenges or relational conflicts can keep a person stuck. I know that therapy is a process that facilitates change and walking along side with a person in their journey of personal growth has been a privilege for me for over 10 years. I have experience in working with trauma and PTSD, Anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, substance abuse, difficulties with emotional regulation, and Eating disorders.
I use an integrative/holistic approach. I have been trained in EMDR, Brain spotting, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Emotional Freedom technique (EFT tapping). I also have my Diploma in Hypnotherapy , have been certified in Eating Disorder Intuitive therapy, Sound healing techniques, and am a Reiki 2 Practioner.
I truly love working with people. I usually work with adults and couples. I am able to book single sessions/packages for Reiki or sound healing therapy. I would love the opportunity to be a part of your journey to personal change and living a fuller and more happy life.
