As women, we all need a safe space to connect and communicate with other women. We need to be a part of a community or have our own tribe. Soul Bourn is here to support women and help them gain insight and knowledge in key areas of their lives. This exclusive group is for members of Every Girl Living and is included in the monthly fee. This group is available in-person or via Zoom to empower women to live life with purpose and meaning. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM.

Every Girl Yoga

We provide a safe space for women to addresses their unique needs of past trauma and with anxiety, depression or other mood disorders. Our yoga practice, focuses on self-regulation strategies that increase body awareness (interoception) and address nervous system dysregulation. It's less about the poses but about the feeling of being within your body within a pose. We help women gain better control of their mood and related symptoms. We offer several weekly classes: Gentle Bedtime Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Therapeutic Yoga, and MindBody Yoga. Check our website for current classes.
