I specialize in the treatment of trauma and adjustment issues relating to life transitions and aging. I also commonly work with individuals who feel stuck, directionless, hopeless, or overwhelmed and anxious, and others who lack a sense of meaning and purpose. And, I see how these very personal, individual struggles impact couples and families.
We will work collaboratively to integrate mindfulness with emotional, cognitive, and behavioral therapies to harness and channel your suffering and transform it into meaning, inspiration, and power.
