Many of us look 'fine' on the outside, but inside it's more complicated than that. You may have feelings of uncertainty or insecurity, worry about some aspects of the future, or be dealing with fallout from the past. All of this is part of being a human in a complex time, and often this can be addressed by counseling. Talking and processing with another person can provide so much relief. I help by creating a safe space where you can feel free to, at your own pace, explore current challenges.
Finding a therapist who is a good fit is so important. Upon our initial meeting, I will answer any questions you may have. I have had the pleasure of being a psychotherapist for over 20 years and find the work to be very rich and rewarding. I find that therapy includes both 'content' ( experiences) and 'process'. (feelings attached to those experiences)
I believe that all human beings strive to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. And sometimes life makes that very hard to do. Compassionate, non-judgmental and caring therapy can address the trauma, stress, and mood challenges can stand in the way of feeling ones' best.
