About
Whether you are anxious, experiencing a major life transition, or struggling in a relationship, therapy can provide a wonderful opportunity to find relief and make meaningful changes. Together, we will work on uncovering the barriers holding you back, help you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, and find greater peace in your day-to-day life. The goal is to turn down the noise that distracts you and makes you feel stuck so you can focus on what’s meaningful and fulfilling in your life.
With over 20 years of experience in a variety of medical and university settings in New York City and Nashville, my areas of interest and specialty include anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress management, burnout, cultural issues, and insomnia. I also offer video sessions to accommodate busy lifestyles.
My style is warm and down-to-earth, and I explore difficult topics with candor and humor. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools and techniques that are tailored to your unique needs and history. Feel free to reach out to ask any questions you might have.
