I help clients through the Internal Family System (IFS) modality. I’m IFS Level 2 trained and trained in IFIO for couples, supporting deeper healing and better communication. I also use trauma-informed tools like EMDR and TF-CBT when helpful. My work and research focus on trauma, stress, and relational challenges with a Self-led, compassionate approach.
