I specialize in women's topics ( infertility, fertility, motherhood, miscarriage, any forms of loss), Self-esteem/self-love, relationship problems and or ambivalence about the path you are on. Women face many challenges in this world that require attention, empathy, and support in order to create healing. Healing is ongoing and I am the right person to help you figure out your own recipe for healing and what that may look like for you.
I incorporate a humanistic approach, cultural sensitivity, and different evidenced based models. I will support, motivate, challenge you, provide resources, listen and provide that space for you to focus on you and your progress. The treatment is tailored specially to meet your needs and it is individualistic.
