I view myself as my clients' biggest cheerleader and strive to help them process and understand the power and control they have over their own life. We all experience a lot of difficult things and struggle with unique issues. You are the expert on yourself, and I learn about you, from you. What you can expect to learn from me is: processing what you've been through and experienced, ADHD symptom control, coping skills, healthy communication in couples, reducing anxiety, managing emotions, being able to share and speak about trauma; these are some things we can focus on.
My clients tell me that they like my realistic approach and that they know I push them towards success and change even when they don't feel confident. You'll be facing your issues head on, when you're ready. I don't hold your hand the whole time, but I'm right there with you, seeing and processing everything that comes up one session at a time.
