Hello, I'm excited to be able to offer personalized therapy by using an eclectic approach to meet your needs. I have a great passion to work with those who have experienced difficulties, traumas, or any experience that has left you feeling out of control. I have had the pleasure to work with children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. I am a staunch supporter of providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as trauma informed care. Whether the roadblock is anxiety, stress, or depression I am looking forward to helping support you in your goals.

I currently utilize an array of techniques including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and therapeutic play. Your care will depend on your interest and needs.

ClearMinds Collective Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

ClearMinds Collective is a 6-week virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group for adults who want to better manage anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional ups and downs. This group offers a structured yet supportive environment to explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected as well as how to shift patterns that no longer serve you. Sessions includes psychoeducation, guided discussion, and tools to challenge negative thinking, build healthier habits, and increase emotional resilience. The group meets via Zoom Saturdays at 9am starting June 14. Cost is $180 for full series. Come and grow from the comfort of your own home.
