About
Feeling stressed? Anxious? Not quite yourself? Wondering how to get back to normal? Want a new normal? A better normal? Counseling and psychotherapy can help give people the opportunity to make significant changes in their lives, attitudes, behaviors, and relationships. I work to create an emotionally safe, nonjudgmental place for individuals to explore what is bothering them. I work collaboratively with people using various techniques to help them learn about, and ultimately help themselves.
I work with adults of all ages who want help with anxiety and/or are going through life transitions such as: job changes, breakups, empty nests, new baby, recent grads, & health changes. I like to teach coping skills and strategies, so that people can feel better, think clearer, and cope with life's stressors.
I respect the challenges related to personal growth, life transitions, uncomfortable emotions, and other issues that bring clients to therapy. The next step is to e-mail me to schedule a brief phone conversation. Let's see if I am a good fit for your therapy needs. I would really like to hear from you.
