I received my bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. I went back to school after realizing my purpose was to help others in their mental wellbeing. I obtained my master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). With that being said, if you are looking for help in navigating everyday issues or possibly more involved and heavier topics, we can meet the challenges head on to ease your distress. My hope is that we can work together to bring you a peace of mind.
I enjoy helping clients from ages 13 through all stages of adult hood (13+). My goal is to help you with whatever you may be struggling with, including ADHD, anger Issues, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I also help men specifically to address any issues or roadblocks they may be facing.
