My clinical skills are influenced by a trauma informed, person-centered, and holistic approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help others achieve their goals. Ensuring a safe, supportive space and practices that are culturally competent is a priority for me.
