I don’t do surface-level healing. I specialize in Somatic Therapy, EMDR, & DBT to help you get out of your head & into your body. Through somatic pilates-based movement & yoga, we’ll tap into your nervous system so you can regulate emotions. DBT gives you practical coping skills, while EMDR helps you process trauma and shift those negative core beliefs.

Healing requires feeling, processing, and actually doing the work. My vibe is relaxed but real. I’ll challenge you when you need it, but in a space that feels safe and supportive. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, perfectionism, impulsivity, trauma, or relationship struggles, I got you.
