If you’re tired of telling the same story and getting few to no results or you don’t want to open up the painful wounds of what has happened to you, let's find a time to talk. Many of the therapy modalities I practice don’t require you to re-tell the story. I'd love to hear more about what you're going through and what you're hoping to find in a therapist. If it turns out I'm not the right fit, I'll try to help you find the right person.

I work with chronic, complex trauma, and multicultural identity work using Brainspotting, somatic EMDR, experiential and attachment based therapies. Together, we’ll help connect you to your body’s wisdom and find practical ways to heal, grow, and create more balance in your relationships and daily life.

You might find that you're exhausted from trying to get everything done and reaching out feels like an added thing to do. I recognize this feeling; I've felt it myself.
