I work with teenagers and adults with anxiety, depression, school avoidance, self-harm behaviors and OCD. By building a positive therapeutic alliance with my clients and using evidence-based strategies, I partner with my clients on their journey toward self-actualization. I use various theoretical approaches, including Gestalt, CBT, experiential therapy, motivational interviewing and others. I also offer bariatric surgery psychological evaluations.
I have experience treating depression, self-harm, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, legal issues, and child and adolescent school-related/academic concerns.
