I am trained and certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy which is an approach rooted in attachment theory. In EFCT, we look at the problematic cycles that get in the way of the connection we crave. I truly believe that there is hope to be found in relationships and sometimes, we just need some support to get where we want and need to be.
I have a warm and collaborative approach to therapy and will work with you at whatever pace you need. In addition to providing therapy services, I'm also a board-approved supervisor for those pursuing licensure as an MFT in Kansas. I am an EFCT supervisor-in-training for those who are pursuing certification.
