Hi and welcome. I am currently only accepting private pay clients at this time. If you feel like we might be a good fit, please give me a call. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. I meet people exactly where they are and do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Working with individuals and/or couples on this sometimes confusing yet beautiful journey we call life is a privilege. I am committed to helping recognize patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful. I take a very holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I look at the whole person by addressing emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
I work with all types of clients; Clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, grief, and divorce, to name a few. I take clients beginning at the age of 12 through adulthood. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful therapy, and respect, listening, and trust are invaluable tools and necessary for growth.
I believe in doing things differently and out of the "norm" for therapy. I utilize psychotherapy with equine interactions and nature-based therapy approaches, which move our sessions together outside or with animal interaction. If traditional therapy has not worked for you in the past, this might be a great option for you!
