I specialize in working with teens and adults 16+ navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and help clients break out of negative thought patterns to find more joy and self-confidence.
In our sessions, you’ll find a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to filter or minimize what you’re going through. We’ll talk about the stress that won’t seem to let up with care, honesty, and humor when it’s needed.
