I believe that the therapeutic process is deeply meaningful and powerful. My goal is to create a safe, affirming, comfortable space to enable healing, vulnerability, discovery and growth no matter where you are in your life. While I primarily take a person centered-approach with empathy and support, I also find it imperative to challenge and reflect on areas of growth as well as look at how past experiences have affected your current identity.
I received my Master’s degree from Immaculata University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Nationally Certified Counselor working towards licensure. I have years experience in working with those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and families/caregivers of those with special needs. I strive to presume competence and be neurodivergent-affirming.
