Change is hard, and it requires regular consistency. Coming to counseling takes bravery, and I see that. It won’t be my job to give you all the answers because you know yourself better than I do! I want to give you your power back, not create dependency and show you that you do have all the answers. I will help guide you to think creatively and act intentionally, without judgment, and to help clarify what you really desire.
The life you want is a process, not a state of being. It's a direction. As a clinician, it is my goal to help guide you in the right direction of your ideal life. While providing a secure, trustworthy environment, we will work together to build the best version of you. I primarily use CBT, Reality Choice, and Person-Centered Theory.
