My clinical experience includes providing partial hospitalization and outpatient services to adolescents and adults for eating disorders, as well as comorbid issues including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, self-harm, and interpersonal issues. This experience has highlighted, for me, the connection between physical and mental health.
I am currently providing individual, couples, and group therapy in a private practice setting. I love to read and learn so that I can grow both personally and professionally. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me with my nose in a book or spending time with family and friends, and maybe even both simultaneously!
