Hello! I'm so happy you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I have 7 years of experience and work mostly with teenagers and young adults. My areas of expertise include eating disorders, substance abuse, and anxiety, but I also have experience with depression, OCD, postpartum, and life transitions. Most of my clients are ready to make positive changes in their lives but oftentimes need help with finding the tools necessary to meet their goals. During sessions, I tend to be easy-going, empathetic, and love to work collaboratively with clients in order to help them become the best versions of themselves.
I have provided therapy at the residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care with people of all ages. Having these experiences has allowed me to gain unique insight to various components of the development and recovery processes of several mental health challenges.
