Deciding it is time to seek a therapist is a courageous act of self- love. Maybe you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed with life’s transitions. Maybe you want to understand past trauma or the impact of your attachment style on your current relationships. Whatever brings you here, together we will identify your goals, needs and strengths to help you deepen your self-understanding and heal. As a Drama Therapist, clients have the option to engage in a creative approach to therapy. The creative process, story telling, artwork, and discussion allow space to explore emotions, behaviors and sense of self.
I've worked with individuals across the lifespan ranging from adults to teens. I specialize in people living with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, those searching for fluidity with life transitions, to develop more intuitive coping skills, or someone seeking space to empower and define themselves.
My approach is strength based, client focused, collaborative, creative, and empathic. I create a safe space where we can connect on an authentic level to help you understand your feelings and how they relate to personal, familial and cultural narratives. I look forward to connecting with you!
