I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I use a personable, direct approach and will work with you to establish clear goals and a plan to help you work toward a place of grounding and in a place to make small changes over time.
I have experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders and see our work as collaborative and dynamic. Through talk therapy along with body-based methods, I will work to help you feel more embodied and in a place where you feel capable of making those changes that have felt out of reach.
I know therapy can cause discomfort at times, and I strive to make our sessions a safe place to sit in that discomfort and a place where you feel safe to grow and change.
