I approach therapy as a creative and collaborative process, one that makes space for curiosity, imagination, and the full complexity of being human. I recognize that many of the struggles we carry aren’t personal failures, but are shaped by the systems we live within family, culture, and the world around us. In this space, you won’t be asked to “fix” yourself, but rather invited into a different kind of conversation—one grounded in compassion, humor, and new ways of seeing. I draw from narrative, depth, and archetypal psychology, helping clients explore their stories, uncover meaning, and imagine new paths forward.
My work is influenced by Narrative Therapy, Depth and Archetypal Psychology, and creative exploration through story and imagination. I offer therapy for grief, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, helping clients better understand themselves and move through life with greater clarity and meaning.
