I primarily work with adolescents (12+), adults and couples who struggle with trauma and attachment wounds and are ready to heal and grow.
In the therapeutic process, I take on a relational, psychodynamic approach and draw from empirically supported and trauma-informed modalities such as IFS, TF-CBT, and Polyvagal- informed techniques. I strongly value making our time a safe and accepting space, and these methods allow us to collaboratively work towards your individualized goals.
