About
Healing Hearts, Healing Lives is a practice specializing in women, children and adolescents. I have always had a passion for the empowerment of children, adolescents, and adults as they overcome challenges in their lives. I enjoy helping individuals maintain their emotional well-being. I will work with you and your family to reduce emotional and behavioral symptoms. I'm genuine and very approachable and work hard to meet every client where they are developmentally and emotionally. In my psychotherapeutic practice, I employ cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Expressive Art Therapy strategies.
I specialize in the emotional and behavioral issues of very young children (0-6) and their families. I am also experienced in working with children exhibiting high-risk behaviors. I utilize multiple modalities to address attachment issues, behavior management, emotion regulation, trauma and family dynamics.
I have immediate availability for new clients for both in-person and via telehealth sessions. I'm available early mornings, nights and weekends. I look forward to working with you or your child to develop skills and insights built on individual strengths for a richer more fulfilling life.
