I believe that therapy can be a vulnerable, joyful, and meaningful way to connect with ourselves. My style is flexible, warm, creative, and grounded in a belief that clients are the experts of their own lives.
I am a provider who welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences. I am neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma informed. I am honored to work with adults throughout the lifespan and particularly enjoy working with young adults, and teens.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, creating space for clients to show up as they are. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. I support clients in using practical tools for their daily life, such as skill-building for executive functioning. I look forward to exploring your goals for therapy.
