I work with clients to build a trusted, personal relationship where we can focus on their difficulties and collaborate to discover creative approaches to overcome obstacles, and set goals. I hope to build an honest non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts and behaviors to better understand themselves, their emotions, and strategize new approaches to cultivate the changes they want to make.
