My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, metacognitive therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based work. But more than anything, I listen closely, adapt to your needs, and help you make sense of what you’re feeling so you can move toward a life that feels more steady, authentic, and aligned with your values.
