I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and PMH-C specializing in perinatal mental health. I often use a combination of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a psychodynamic approach to deeply explore how your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and past experiences have shaped who you are today.
