I strive to build a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship which helps clients engage in reflection, learning, and the pursuit of their fullest potential.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional specializing in perinatal experiences, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also trained in and use Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses eye movements to overcome difficult emotions and sensations associated with trauma.
